In recent weeks, the eReader developed by Barnes & Noble and named NOOK Simple Touch has become a trend in the United States , but "unfortunately" it is not yet available in Spain or almost any other European country, except the United Kingdom.
NOOK Simple Touch is an electronic book, although it has a great peculiarity compared to other devices of this type present on the market, and that is that it has Android 2.1 as its operating system.
In addition to these features, this powerful device stands out for its long battery life , allowing users to use it for up to two months without needing to recharge. This figure was obtained from various tests conducted by the company, assuming approximately half an hour of daily use.
At this point, it is time to analyze the main characteristics of this more than interesting device:

Undoubtedly, this is a basic device with several negative points (very poor PDF display, no zoom, navigation menus in English, and very flimsy finishes), but on the other hand, it has other very positive aspects such as its price, the recognized prestige of the brand that created it, battery life, its operating system, and its speed when turning pages or navigating through the different menus of the device.
It is a basic eReader with strong points and others very weak, perhaps to start in this world we are facing a very good device at a very reasonable price.
