Click 2 Call, Kobo improves its customer service

Click 2 Call Screenshot

Both large bookstores and small bookstores have their defects, it is something irremediable, however it is worthy of praise that they try to correct those errors. It may be that what Kobo is preparing is praiseworthy or it may be an attempt not to lose customers after the one that may be coming to the company of Canadian origin. The blog Good E Reader has unveiled a new customer service program that will launch Kobo from March 20. The customer service program will be called Click 2 Call And although it replaces your customer service, it will be a new system that Kobo will implement country after country.

For the moment, Click 2 Call It will be available in the United States and Canada, although as we say it will gradually expand. This is due to the new system that they will use where the client will provide some information through a web form and then they will call or give him a number to call and solve the incident. This system seeks save customer time and have better serviceHence, some information is filled in so that the Kobo agent can have the maximum information to solve the problem quickly.

Click 2 Call will be available in Spain

I personally don't think Click 2 Call be a great novelty at the customer service level, Dell, Amazon or The House of the Book do similar systemsHowever, what is newsworthy is that Kobo's willingness to improve its service, a service for which many manufacturers of eReaders are losing customers. Not long ago, a reader of ours told us about the bad service he gives Pocketbook. Unfortunately or fortunately, I have not tried any customer service, not Kobo, Amazon or Pocketbook, so I can not confirm or tell you otherwise, but still it is as I say worthy It is worth mentioning that a company wants to improve its post-purchase deal with customers, whether or not it is a large bookstore. We hope that this service will reach Spain quickly, although due to the links that have been leaked, both Spain and Spanish stores are already among the options of the questions in the form.

Hi Gloria, I'm glad you told us about this. Fortunately I have not had the opportunity to try this service and on the one hand I feel bad that you had to use it, but if things went well, then nothing, I imagine that the experience with the Kobo Aura HD is good, right?

I'm trying to email KOBO support, but it won't let me. I have an ebook and it loads me, but it appears off on the screen. I don't know what to do, because it's new.

Customer service is totally non-existent. I have purchased two eBooks and cannot read them but there is no human way to contact Kobo. It is directly a scam. For me, Kobo is dead and I plan to explain it to all my friends so that they do not buy anything from them.

I have a Kobo Clara for 8 months. Today the battery has exploded and there is no human way to contact a customer service, or repair, or anything at all. I am very disappointed with the brand

The first Kobo I bought failed a year and there was no problem, because being under warranty Fnac took over the change for a Kobo Aura H20. This has failed just 10 days after the end of the warranty, scheduled obsolescence ?, and just at the beginning of the confinement. Fnac does not know how to repair them and wanting to contact Kobo is a very esoteric matter. The way I see it, it is a fraud, there is no technical assistance to the client as such, but they send you into outer space to float in the mist. No wonder they lose sales. Next time I will do what I do when I have to buy any type of device: investigate the technical service and if there is one in Spain.
